Sertifikatene fra Bio Hellas og diplomer for kvaliteten fra noen av verdens største konkurranser for Extra Virgin Olivenoljer ligger ved her. I New York deltok i 2018 1.000 oljer. Vår fikk da sølv.
Liophos Early Harvest is an olive oil that comes exclusively from olives variety Koroneiki, from a crop that is collected in the first period of harvesting the months October and November when the olives are still green and unripe. Its color is greenish and the taste and aroma are very strong and spicy.
Its quality are the best organoleptic characteristics, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, pro-vitamins, minerals and phenols. Its intense green color is due to chlorophyll of the unripe fruit which give the oil it antioxidant effects. The extraction in our own olive mill without separator and in temperatures lower than 20 degrees Celsius guarantees us the preservation of all its organoleptic facts in the maximum.
The acidity of our olive oil is very low because the fruit is collected and pressed the same day in our own olive mill. The olive oil is stored immediately in stainless tanks and then after a period it is being packaged in our storage spaces.
It is suggested for use raw in salad and for customers that like its strong taste. We do not have much quantity of this type of olive oil due to we collect it exclusively the first period of harvesting.
The Stamatakos olive grove is located in southeast Laconia, in the Molaoi district. This area is famous for its many olive groves and for the excellent quality of the produced olive oil, due to the appropriate dry-climate climate and the fertile soil. You can visit our grove and facilities at any time, to see our cultivations and our individual vertically integrated unit.
